What you'll do...

OneOps and SPECTRA team owns and supports the successful deployment of several traditional and specialized tools within Global Tech Platform. Our customers utilize our orchestration and middleware tools for both their real time as well as batch job workload executions. We support customers in the public cloud, private cloud, and Walmart data centers. We strive to provide a highly stable and resilient environment to our application teams, so they can focus on what matters most – supporting Walmart customers and members.

About Team:
Building the right technology foundation for Infrastructure & platforms is vital to success at the scale of Walmart. Our team builds and maintains the foundational technologies that support the tech organization. Included in this are data platforms, enterprise architecture, DevOps, cloud computing, and infrastructure. All of these products and services are supported by scalable and powerful infrastructure, ensuring a secure and seamless employee and customer experience across stores, digital channels, and distribution centers.

What you'll do and Required Skills:

• Deep understanding on OpenStack, Azure, and GCP cloud offerings
• Linux Administration
• Able to manage the design and troubleshoot Linux servers and cater server solutions
• Understanding of traffic offerings - GSLB, LB, Azure ILB, etc.
• Monitoring everyday systems and evaluate the availability of all server resources and perform all activities for Linux servers.
• Bash shell relevant skills for day-in and out work
• Scripting
• Shell scripting bash and AWS CLI commands
• Config Management - Expertise in one or more of the Ansible, terraform, - Chef
• Logging and management of logs - ELK stack, sumologic, etc
• GitOps - code repository management
• SQL
• Monitoring tools - Datadog, Grafana, Nagios etc.
• SRE operations

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
