Senior, Software Engineer

What you'll do...

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll spend your days translating requirements into solutions, writing code, collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing us with the insights necessary to think beyond the status quo. You’ll lead small project teams consisting of other engineers who will look to you as a trusted advisor, a subject matter expert who provides guidance and the right tools to get the job done.

We need an experienced software engineer to help us implement the web experience for our customers to access Health & Wellness services. You will be a hands-on self-starter with extraordinary technical skills and a passion for helping make engineering teams effective.

What you'll do:

• Build, release and support desktop people experience web application
• Collaborate with UI/UX, Architect, Product and Engineering leads for new features and enhancements
• Co-ordinate with release and support team for the deployment of app across different environments.
• Production support for hot fix and troubleshooting.
• Work with cross team for system integration, support, and troubleshooting.
• Able to break down a product goal into dev deliverables.

What you'll bring:

• Experience in designing and developing customizable, reusable, and dynamic frontend components using ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript, ES6, Typescript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience building a responsive, cross-browser compatible and high-performance web application.
• Write robust, maintainable, and reusable code and software tools using JavaScript for managing configuration, deployments, monitoring performance, scalability, availability, security and alerting for test, integration, and production environments.
• Ability to build products with focus on testability (well versed with Jest, Mocha, Enzyme, and Sinon)
• Good to have experience in automation testing using Shifu, NightwatchJs, MagellanJs, or Testcafe.
• Experience in responsive and cross-browser compatibility testing.
• Experience in integrating and consuming Rest services or GraphQL.
• Experience with CICD pipelines through like Jenkins.
• Exposure to working with cloud technologies such as Azure or GCP.
• Have tech led the team and guided engineers.
