What you'll do...

Position: Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack

Job Location: 640 W. California Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94086

Duties: Take part in the entire software development life cycle, from gathering requirements to designing, implementing, and testing applications. Drive the execution of projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating plans and priorities, removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance, providing resources, identifying performance standards, measuring progress and adjusting performance, developing contingency plans, demonstrating adaptability, and supporting continuous learning. Create user interfaces (UI) and ensure they are visually appealing, intuitive, and responsive. Handle server-side logic and the database, building the necessary APIs, implementing business logic, and managing data. Design and optimize databases, write queries, and ensure data integrity. Create and maintain Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to enable communication between the front-end and back-end, as well as integration with third-party services. Write unit tests and perform debugging to identify and fix issues in the application. Deploy applications to production environments, manage servers, configure infrastructure, and ensure scalability and security. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software. Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in full stack development. Create and maintain documentation for the applications, including technical specifications, user guides, and API documentation.

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any) or related field and 4 years of software development experience.

Skills required: Experience with authorization protocols to authenticate 3rd party services using OAuth2.0, App2App, SAML protocol, and OpenID protocol. Experience with exposing optimized REST APIs using JAVA and API Proxy Firewall. Experience with implementing and maintaining high fault tolerant messaging pipeline between micro services using Kafka, Java, and Spring Boot. Experiencing with constructing App UI with remote configurations, without deploying new build using Swift, Kotlin, Typescript, Cloud configuration (CCM), and Content Tool (Tempo).  Experience with deploying new micro services and database using WCNP Cloud Platform, Java, C++, Spring Boot, CRUD operations on NoSQL and Distributed database including Azure Cosmos and Relational database MS SQL.  Demonstrated knowledge of E-commerce Architecture to provide end-to-end feature solutions and high availability transactional services using Spring Boot, Azure Cosmos DB, Cassandra DB, SQLite, and Postgres. Experience with creating and monitoring dashboards and alerts for robust maintenance of production applications using Splunk, MMS, and Grafana. Experience with implementing interactive Front-end applications with new technologies provided by Operating systems including iOS, Android, Web browser, utilizing Xcode Frameworks, Android Studio Frameworks, NodeJS, and Typescript. Experience with implementing efficient orchestration layer for FE & BE interaction using GraphQL, Akamai cache, and Torbit.  Experience with developing asynchronous data sharing services between external and internal application using Java Batch processing framework, SFTP, MFT, and Kafka queues. Experience with developing scalable, responsive and clean codebase for service and applications using MVVM architecture, Coordinator architecture, Declarative programming, Protocol-oriented-programming, and Object Oriented programming. Experience with creating efficient iOS network APIs, data source and controllers to optimized application resource utilization using Apple’s Combine framework, Network framework, and Swift UI. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.

Salary Range: $147,481/year to $286,000/year.  Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.   Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
