Position: Principal Software Engineer, Cybersecurity

Job Location: 805 Moberly Lane, Bentonville, AR 72712

Duties: Analytics/big data analytics / automation techniques and methods; Business understanding; Precedence and use cases; Business requirements and insights. To translate/ co-own business problems within one's discipline to data related mathematical solutions. Identifies appropriate methods/tools to be leveraged to provide a solution for the problem. Shares use cases and gives examples to demonstrate how the method would solve the business problem. Stakeholder identification and mapping; Stakeholder analysis; Stakeholder communication; Stakeholder engagement techniques; Stakeholder management effectiveness tools and methods; Fluency in many specialized business vernacular; Deep understanding of diverse markets to deliver customer and business value; adapt style and best practices to accommodate cultural differences. To understand the interests & profiles of key stakeholders to manage functional relationships. Analyze stakeholder technical needs and partner with them to share relevant information. Engage with business partners (internal/external) on a periodic basis and establish credibility for exchanging functional information. Traceability matrix; Risk analysis methodologies; Cost Analysis; Business objectives; Classification of requirements; User stories To explore relevant products/solutions from an existing repertoire, that can address business/technical needs. Assess gaps/ updates/ modifications between the customer/business expectations and the existing product/solutions (in case of Agile methodology, for the iteration). Classify the requirements into applicable types (For example - Functional/Non-Functional, Derived/Imposed/Emergent, etc.). Anticipate the solution risks / issues during requirements gathering phase, inform relevant stakeholders and recommend corrective steps. Contribute to the creation of user stories for component/application/complex (For agile methodology). Program metrics; Program Reporting, logging tools and processes; Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CICD) to ensure adherence to the project against approved milestones and timelines.

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field plus 3 years of experience in Information Technology or a related field; OR 5 years of experience in Information Technology or a related field.

Skills required: Must have experience with: API, UI/UX design and development experience; Building products, services, tools, scripting, data analytics, SQL and NO SQL technologies and working in bigdata environments; Analytical skill to identify trends/patterns and provide solution; Designing and implementing robust solutions using Java; Information across security technologies, trends, vulnerabilities, threats, and exploits; Writing efficient SQL queries and objects like stored procedures, Triggers, views and working experience with SQL Server 10, My-SQL, MongoDB Databases and Cosmos DB; Building Spring based Java micro-services to support enterprise web application.
