Requirements:

Your Role at Vertice:

Help us build a great Technical support team. By cooperating closely with R&D you will help us to make sure our product performs as best as possible. Our goal and desire is to please our customers with excellent User Experience, easy-to-use features and great performance and stability.

What we’re looking for:

• You love to be surrounded by people who are as passionate as you about a quality
• You have experience leading a Support Team
• You have good communication skills, able to jump on the call with the customers and help them resolve their requests/report defects/etc.
• You love to be a domain expert and learn about new product features at first hand as part of the QA team
• You have great experience with Web applications troubleshooting, e.g. browser console is your friend not an enemy
• You love to get to the bottom of the problems, looking into logs, etc.
• You prefer having a boss who works with you instead of some talking head
• You love to have discussions with your colleagues (not only) in English and are fluent in Czech/Slovak
• You are available to meet in our Brno office at least 2 days a week
