Senior Software Engineer, Revenue Informatics

As a senior software engineer on our revenue informatics team, you will own the design and build of the data infrastructure and applications that empower our global sales team. In doing so, you will tackle a wide variety of challenges, processes, and data that make the engine of this Sales organization hum. 

What You’ll Do

• Build scalable and reliable sales data infrastructure: build infrastructure for retrieving, storing, and processing data from a variety of sources and systems
• Improve data quality to drive revenue growth: constantly iterate on ways to improve data quality, including but not limited to:
• Building frameworks and tools to ensure data accuracy and data freshness
• Ensuring data consistency across systems
• Building models and tools to identify and remove duplicate records
• Evaluating and acquiring new data worldwide
• Mapping complex real-world organizational structures such as conglomerates and multinational corporations in our systems
• Create impactful tools: create tools core to our sales prospecting machine, leveraging the latest technologies in cloud computing and machine learning (e.g. LLMs) to help with customer acquisition and business expansion
• Establish engineering standards: lead and grow junior engineers; establish software engineering best practices and standardize them across the team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related discipline 
• 3+ years of industry experience 
• Expertise in distributed systems, scalable data processing, cloud computing
• Ability to distill business requirements, and work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Experience with machine learning and knowledge of Salesforce is a plus 
• Passion for impact, a bias towards scrappiness, and an ability to ship high quality products
