Job Description

U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Senior Product Manager, Data & Analytics in Irving, TX. 

 

Essential Responsibilities: 

The Senior Product Manager, Data & Analytics is responsible for managing the development and delivery of data-driven products within a company. This role will define and execute the product roadmap, ensure the product meets customer needs, and achieve business objectives. Specific duties include: (1) identify and prioritize opportunities for data-driven products or features; (2) define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer and business needs; (3) gather and analyze data to inform product decisions and validate hypotheses; (4) collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure successful product development; (5) conduct user research and testing to understand user needs and improve product usability; (6) develop and track product metrics to measure product success and iterate on the product roadmap; (7) play a crucial role in bringing data-driven products to market and ensuring their success; (8) product/program development, pricing, implementation and strategic analysis; (9) manipulate data in excel and Tableau to drive insights and model KPIs for reporting; (10) administer Tableau tools and leveraging the tools to automate reporting and dashboards; (11) deliver reporting via modern BI tools, including Tableau; and (12) document calculations, code, and adhering to data management principles using Git. This position utilizes the following tools and technologies: Adhoch (SQL) querying and analysis skills, Power BI, Tableau, and storytelling skills using power point & any user experience design including Figma. 

 

Basic Qualifications:  

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Analytics, or a related field and 3 years of related analytics experience. 

 

Required Skills/Experience: 

Must also have 24 months of experience (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) manipulating data in excel and Tableau to drive insights and model KPIs for reporting; (2) administering Tableau tools and leveraging the tools to automate reporting and dashboards; (3) delivering reporting via modern BI tools, including Tableau; (4) documenting calculations, code, and adhering to data management principles using Git; and (5) utilizing the following tools and technologies: Adhoch (SQL) querying and analysis skills, Power BI, Tableau, and storytelling skills using power point & any user experience design including Figma. All experience may have been gained concurrently.  

 

Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $85,467 - $150,500
