About the team:

Turo is searching for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our Enterprise Applications team, to serve as the systems subject matter expert and business partner for Turo's Host Success Operations Team. Under the guidance of the Manager Enterprise Applications, with support from other business stakeholders, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and strategic Expansion and optimization of Turo’s current Salesforce and related products in the Sales Ecosystem. You will need to juggle a diverse workload that includes application development lifecycle management, user lifecycle management, business workflow automation, product integration designs, troubleshooting, and continual optimization. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about combining Technology, Sales, and Customer Success Operations.

What you will do:

  • Partnering with the salesforce developer, this role is required to develop and maintain customizations for applications that Support the Host Success team
  • Create and maintain Current and Target state architecture of sales tech stack
  • Define and continuously enrich and optimize Customer Account Master, and reimagine salesforce schema to support Business needs.
  • Provide ongoing system/technical support to salesforce users and business partners, including training.
  • Work with Reps, TAMs, and SaaS Providers teams in solution demonstrations.
  • Maintain product roadmap and architectural standards to ensure Salesforce development projects align optimally with business objectives.
  • Keep up-to-date with Salesforce Cloud Suite functionality, new features, and modules. Identifying and recommending other key technologies to support and improve the business processes across the entire Turo’s Sales, Support Operations & Marketing Use cases. 
  • Perform integrity testing of system upgrades and development releases prior to migration to production.
  • Define the algorithm and technical specification required for hands-on coding work on projects as needed and supervise the development done by the salesforce developer in Salesforce IDE.
  • Document business objectives, use cases, business requirements, system specifications, workflows, and process documentation;
  • Fill functional lead or system expert roles on production and sandbox Salesforce environments and related systems;
  • Maintain all configurations in Salesforce to optimize the platform; Be responsible for the change management and release process of Salesforce enhancements and development.
  • Partner with business teams to build out requirements for new processes that incorporate IT security best practices
  • Maintain documentation for integrations and other customizations performed within the platform.
  • Ensure proper change management and compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements.
  • Support and maintain existing systems, including troubleshooting issues reported by users. Work with the Data, Integration, and application teams to arrive at the right resolutions. Ensure the fixes are tested prior to the release.
  • Maintaining systems controls aligning with SOX IT general controls.

Your profile:

  • 5+ year's experience developing CRM customizations and integrations, including 5+ years on Salesforce. Preferably in a fast-paced, Dynamic work environment.
  • A BS in computer science, information systems, MIS, or equivalent work experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and configurations.
  • Must have prior Implementation experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data cloud CRM analytics
  • Own and manage the Roadmap of multiple projects to support the Host success team.
  • Function as a house Salesforce product suite expert and help drive adoption and optimization across business areas
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL & ETL/integration tools is plus
  • Strong understanding and working experience with Sales and Marketing Business teams
  • Strong knowledge of information security best practices
  • Experience with IT security audits such as SOC2, ISO27001, SOX, etc.
  • The proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and the ability to perform and oversee complex tasks and prioritize multiple tasks based on overall strategic goals
  • The individual must be able to partner with Developer and conduct accurate feasibility analysis, develop optimal solutions, and recommend industry best practices with respect to Salesforce usage.
  • Ability to define and lead delivery through established operating models.

The Phoenix base salary target range for this full-time position is $130,000-$155,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in this location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
