What you’ll do:

• Drive adoption of the platform through your interactions with developers building applications and businesses on Truv
• Write and maintain developer documentation and remove friction from developer journey
• Build inspiring demos, sample apps, and continuously improve the developer experience of our APIs and SDKs
• Champion Truv's developer products in person and online by presenting at conferences, writing technical tutorials, publishing articles and videos
• Create processes and best practices for engineers, product managers, and other key stakeholders to contribute to the documentation
• Write developer-friendly content through quickstarts, end-to-end guides, and technical references for developers to self-serve
• Continuously talk to users and iterate based on their feedback
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Support, and Marketing to align on consistent messaging and content across Truv’s user-facing interfaces

What would set you up for success:

• Senior-level with a proven track record of success in startup environments
• Strong hands-on developer who is comfortable with full-stack development in Python and JS
• Experience writing API reference documentation and working with API documentation tools
• Adept at communicating technically complicated topics simply and elegantly
• Intellectually curious, with great problem-solving skills
