Role Overview

• Deliver consistently, on time, quality and as per agreed scope,  small and medium size projects (1-3w) using both Project management & Agile Project management practices.
• Focus on understanding and delivering project features with attention to detail.
• Work closely with team members to address scope changes and manage expectations.
• Learn to identify potential risks to project timelines and proactively communicate them.
• Act as a Scrum Master for one (1) project team/pod (up to 15 people), ensuring effective execution of the framework and its ceremonies (i.e sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint retrospective, sprint review, backlog refinement etc,)
• Show a clear understanding of Agile principles and how to best apply them for delivery purposes.
• Communicate effectively within the project team, ensuring all team members are informed and aligned with project goals and task.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and report project statuses accurately.
• Begin to participate in cross-functional meetings and demonstrate active listening and clear articulation.
• Collaborate with team members and provide a platform for open and transparent communication.
