Description

Our team is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Growth/Web Experience Team. This team is responsible for all front facing marketing web properties. Our web properties are built using a modern Jamstack, primarily on NextJS and utilizing a headless CMS.

What You’ll Do:

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Software Engineer to help design and development web properties. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to build modern solutions and web experiences for prospects and users.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong programming skills and CS fundamentals combined with 3+ years of experience building web properties
  • Experience with React(preferred) or another modern JS framework(Vue, Svelte, etc.).
  • Experience with Jamstack architecture is preferred
  • Experience deploying to a platform like Netlify or Vercel as well as owning the setup and configuration of those platforms(branch deployments, redirects, certifications, integrations, etc.)
  • Create and integrate with APIs across different platforms as well as with our internal teams
  • Design, build and evolve our web platform in a scalable and reliable way
  • Technically own problem domain: facilitate design, development and launch of key microservices in the domain
  • Drive quality culture, security awareness and data driven decision making a.
  • Work with the leadership to identify, plan and execute long term vision
  • Work cross-functionally with various engineering and product teams to deliver features that span across domains
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert of the domain under ownership
The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.

For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.
