Dynamics of the Role

This position is responsible for the overall Engineering management and implementation of the TransUnion enterprise End User environment. This includes management-level accountability and responsibility for all end user devices at a global scale within EUC Engineering. The environment includes engineering and strategic management of Windows OS and MAC solutions both physical and virtual end points. This position will support and collaborate with the IT Services Architecture and Operational teams in all associates facing initiatives within the End User Compute domain. This is a technical lead role within EUC engineering that will be hands on technical lead as well managerial oversight to shape the transformation of end user compute.


o Technical Engineering Team with focus on Windows OS and MAC operating system, supporting the overall global associate facing environment with over 20000 endpoints.
o Lead the team to support and maintain devices that are in line with compliance and regulatory requirements.
o The Global EUC Engineering team is responsible delivery engineering and delivery of all EUC projects
o Work closely with Architecture, Operations Team, and Service Desk to build an end-to-end team to build and define a 3-year strategy for TransUnion’s Global End User Compute domain.
o Plays an integral role in building and enhancing EUC infrastructure in terms of robustness, scalability, availability, capability, and efficiency.
o Leads Vendor Engagement model for Engineering and Delivery. Conduct regular reviews with EUC partners as appropriate and manage overall Vendor management responsibility
o Build and support global solutions, addressing business needs and priorities. Managing the day-to-day Engineering of the EUC engineering functions.
o Manage teams that are responsible for delivery of the EUC services estate throughout the enterprise environment

How You Will Contribute
o Manage the End User Compute Engineering team that will be enabling and deploying the solutions that align with Architecture Design
o Decision maker in the EUC infrastructure design and selection process and oversee execution.
o Align and foster Associate device needs, working closely with Procurement, Architecture and Operations team to build domain roadmaps implementations and deliver solutions.
o Respond and address security vulnerabilities, regular cadence of patching of MAC, WINDOWS and IOS software. Conduct EUC infrastructure performance and address security assessments.
o Provide value-added solutions for business, both tactically and strategically
o Provides technical leadership, hands on development by inspiring your teammates to think outside the box as they deliver high quality software solutions.

What You'll Bring:

What You Will Bring o Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience. o Exceptional interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation. o 8-10 years of experience of EUC engineering domain o 5+ years management experience managing a dynamic staff consisting of both internal teams and outsourced teams o 5+ years of experience in complex EUC environment o Knowledge of both Windows and MAC OS both from a physical and virtual end point environment. o Knowledge of M365 Platform and Microsoft W365 Remote Desktop o 5+ years' experience in enabling End Point solutions working closely with Architecture team on strategic direction in a global environment.
