About the Team

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and fix problems related to software and cloud products that enable e-commerce functionality.
- Develop web applications used internally for monitoring and manipulating cloud products and software.
- Support safeguarding data and deployment velocity.
- Deploy changes and support broad projects including scaling out existing software to a new data center and pushing a new feature out to customers.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and assist them in managing their software in secured environments.Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
- Performing Linux administration, including monitoring performance, debugging issues, monitoring network behavior, and designing and troubleshooting networked applications using: OS networking protocol stack and OS concepts, including virtualization, containerization, and memory management;
- Providing functionality and reliability support for critical site components by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health, including through performance tuning and troubleshooting;
- Analyzing error logs to identify issues and working with service owners to resolve those issues, document their origins, and develop future prevention mechanisms;
- Developing docker containers for multiple services and deploying, managing, and monitoring them in Kubernetes cluster;
- Developing CI/CD tools in Python and writing automation Bash Shell scripts; and
- Automating and managing the full release lifecycle, including code development, build, testing, validation, and deployment.
