Chemours is seeking a Global Security Data Analytics Intern to join our Global Security team! This position will report directly to the Global Security Regulatory and Compliance Manager.

The selected Intern will be expected to be knowledgeable in the latest Microsoft Data and Analytic tools. This knowledge will be used to create a Power BI Dashboard that pulls in data from all Global Security work streams for further analysis. The intern will develop succinct disseminations including analysis of the importance of the information for the relevant work streams.

Location: Wilmington, DE

Hours: Regular full-time schedule of 40 hours per week

Preferred First Term: April - Aug 2024

Candidates must be able to commit to at least a total of six (6) months as a co-op. Two (2) or more terms may be required.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Collecting data from the various Security workstreams and other third party sources

• Consolidating the information for review by the workstream Owner(s)

• Providing analysis of the data collected

• Producing written business intelligence reports to stakeholders

• Publishing and editing internal Security Sharepoint sites.

• Reviewing existing policies/procedures for right-sizing opportunities.

• Other related duties as assigned

The following is required for this role:

• Enrollment at an accredited college or university, preferably at the master’s level

• Near expert understanding of Power BI, Microsoft Teams, Forms and Sharepoint.

The following is preferred for this role:

• On schedule to graduate with an undergraduate or master’s degree

• Significant previous travel experience a plus

• Fundamental understanding of security/cyber-security risks and trends
