Junior Service Desk Engineer

Description
In this position as a junior service desk engineer, you will provide technical support to our customers, especially with problems or questions they have about our software solutions. You will be in daily contact with customers and colleagues and will be involved in solving technical problems and answering questions about the software. You will also ensure that all incidents are recorded and tracked in our ticket system.
​You are able to speak to customers, solve the most common problems and scale up to higher levels when needed. You have an active attitude towards improving our services and products and you enjoy thinking about developing new solutions for our customers.

The Junior position is intended as a learning environment for MBO and HBO school leavers looking for their first job. In this position, you can grow into other departments and positions within the organisation, depending on your skills and interests. You will be supervised by experienced colleagues and given the opportunity to develop yourself both personally and professionally.
  • A completed MBO or HBO education in ICT or similar
  • Basic knowledge of network technologies and Microsoft Office applications
  • You are proactive, analytical and have problem-solving skills
  • You are customer-oriented, service-oriented and have good communication skills
  • Good spoken and written skills in Dutch and English
