Technical Project Manager

Technical Project Management is responsible for day-to-day project activities, including:

• Management of the internal team and client communication. 
• The TPMs are the single source of keeping everyone focused on the goals and objectives of the project deliverables.  
• The TPM needs to possess unique autonomy to be strategic and drive decision-making. They’re there from start to finish. They are ready to efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across multiple projects. 
• Ultimately, the role of the TPM is to become a hub & glue that’s holding everything together and leading their teams to create impressive work and build client relationships. They need to make decisions and find solutions quickly and with confidence, and they don’t expect someone else to show them the right way forward.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Engineering, Communications, Mathematics, Computer Science, or MIS
• 6 + years of experience in Project Managing software development and digital organization.
• Strong understanding of web and application development and design lifecycle. We want someone with an intuitive understanding of how our work gets done.
• MUST be an expert in Project Management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, and other related communications tools.
• Ability to manage Project  Scope, Resource matrix, Risks and Go To Market steps 
• Expert in Process improvements, should have a solid understanding of team and agile transformation steps.
• Solid understanding of the change management model, how to operate as a change agent and ultimately become a trusted advisor to the client. 
• Excellent presentation and communication skills. 
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate both the client and the team. (SKILLS)
• Experience adapting project management methodologies to the needs of a given project/client.
• Experience partnering with integrated and production teams to drive the production process for digital deliverables.
• Must be certified in Scrum Alliance certifications (Advanced CSM, CPO, Agile Leadership/Coaching.
• Should be open for US overlapping time, at least till 12 noon(US time) 

Must have: 

• JIRA, Confluence
• Scrum framework expert 
• Reporting on KPI and Critical Success Factors (CSFs) 
• Ability to put together a process centered around Scrum 
• Scrum certified

Education & Certifications: 

• Bachelors in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or MIS
• AWS Certified (preferred)
