About the role
As part of making sure our company is successful we need to actively assess risk and make sure we collect well when customers default on their payments. Because we do it well internally at Tabby, we decided to provide it as a separate B2B service itself. This is where Eltezam emerged.
Eltezam is a product team that is mission driven and focused on empowering customers into credit freedom! Everyone has ups and downs on their life and Eltezam aims to guide debtors who can't pay their debts towards credit repair with compassion. Our mission changes the lives of people and their families that can feel stuck into unpayable debts, by enabling them to pay in several installments and gradually become free of their debts!
The team currently supports several tools and platforms to enable seamless debt collection as a service through automatic communication channels and by leveraging agents who reach the final debtors with several debt restructuring options to ease the payment of their debts.

We are looking for a Team Lead for our Eltezam team which is responsible for our internal Collections platform used at Tabby and also for our new Eltezam service itself.
This includes the surfaces for customers to self-serve and manage their debts at scale, the agent management portal, the agent back-office and the client portal where companies can consult their collection evolution.

We expect that you have:
- Strong coding ability and the capacity to dive deep into system design / architecture;
- 4+ years or experience as a hands-on Software Engineer (IC) and 2+ years as a Tech Lead / Engineering Manager at a fast-growing company;
- Profound experience with product development lifecycle;
- An ownership mentality (accountability, proactive, enthusiastic and independent)
- A feedback driven approach to growth;
- A focus on supporting the engineers you work with and their careers;
- A passion for writing clean and testable code;
- Fluent English level (B2+);
- Preferably some experience with GoLang and with partner APIs integrations
