Here’s what you’ll do

• Hands-on software development work to build new and intuitive user-facing features
• Profile and optimize our apps, ensuring high performance across devices
• Work with the product team to understand the high level vision of the requirements, and implement a delightful user experience
• Build a cutting edge enterprise-ready web platform with an API-first approach that is used by security researchers from all over the world

• Build scalable and highly performant applications
• Develop software on our stack that is primarily written in Ruby on Rails, Go, and Javascript
• Demonstrate leadership qualities with willingness to mentor peers and drive product development
• Communicate effectively to the team and participate in design and code reviews

Here's what you'll need

• BS degree in CS or equivalent experience
• Strong technical background coding web applications at scale
• Demonstrated design and UX sensibilities
• 6+ years designing and building dynamic production solutions
• 3+ years in a Ruby on Rail or Go environment
• 2+ years using ReactJS/Redux or other JavaScript frameworks and library
• Experience with build tools like Webpack, Babel, Gulp, Grunt and latest frontend technologies, including CSS pre/post-processors, module loaders, and dependency management
• Adept with various database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Knowledgeable with unit and integration tests, using technologies such as Rspec, Jest, and cypress 

Bonus Points

• Contribution to open source project or published npm package
• Experience with javascript based tool to automate end-to-end web testing
• Experience working with websocket and TypeScript
• Experience in DB query optimization
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform
