Position : Operations Specialist (Data Analyst)

Work Hours (Client) : M-F, flexible with 4-6 hours overlap to speak with the client, (the team works at 9am-11pm), EST timezone. Our work comes in bursts - when we have a busy month, you will be working 60+ hour weeks where you can earn up to a 100% performance bonus for that month. However, there will often be a lot of downtime as some months will be slow, so you will have a more flexible schedule during this time and can take more time off.

Pay Range : $800 - $1,000/month base salary with opportunity for 100% monthly performance based bonus (may vary depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Duties and Responsibilities:

Seeking a highly meticulous and trustworthy Operations Specialist to join our team. The Operation Specialist will be tasked with a variety of ad hoc projects that will contribute to core operational activities of the company. 

The role demands a dedicated individual capable of performing operational tasks with precision and consistency. The ideal candidate will be entrusted with confidential information and must uphold the highest standards of discretion and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute detailed operational tasks with precision and accuracy as required.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all processes and data handled.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of output to ensure no errors occur.
• Document procedures and outcomes as required, following strict data protection guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve process efficiency while maintaining accuracy.
• Quickly identify, report, and resolve any discrepancies or issues in workflows.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in an analytical and detail-oriented data entry role
• Proven experience in roles requiring attention to detail and dexterity
• Exceptional focus and the ability to perform repetitive tasks without deviation.
• Strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information.
• Excellent observational skills to detect deviations or errors promptly.
• Ability to follow complex instructions accurately and consistently.
• Responsive, reliable, attention to detail
• Tools: Slack, Safari, Mac OS (REQUIRED), Outlook, reading Outlook Workspace accounts (can be taught), Name Cheap or Go Daddy (domain set up), Google Sheets, Air Table, Notion, Google Docs, and Loom
• Google Workspace proficiency is required
