Role Overview:

As a Full-Stack Developer with CTO responsibilities, you will spearhead our technology strategies and actively engage in hands-on development, particularly in our backend processes. This position is perfect for developers with extensive experience who want to leverage their coding and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and improve our web applications' front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless user experience and robust backend functionality.
• Lead the planning and execution of technology strategies as a key executive team member.
• Direct involvement in the development lifecycle, from concept through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Manage complex database systems and optimize for performance and scalability.
• Contribute to product development with innovative solutions and enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with other teams to align technology with business goals and user needs.
• Offer technical leadership and mentorship within the company, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in backend development using .NET.
• Experienced with front-end development, particularly with React.
• Expertise in managing and optimizing databases, preferably with PostgreSQL and SQL.
• Familiarity with Docker containerization and extensive API development experience.
• Ability to implement batch processing for daily data uploads (currently doing sequential)
• Strong project management skills and capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous leadership or team management experience.
