Job Description:

• Provides a standard common business vocabulary, expresses strategic data requirements, outlines high level integrated designs to meet these requirements, and aligns with enterprise strategy and related business architecture
• Good understanding of data models and information architecture at the macro level & micro level
• Participate in discussions with domain experts / application teams to define the information flow
• Collaborate with Regional and Market Architecture Teams
• Ability to design and represent solution architecture / Integration Pattern at various Architecture Forums for approval
• Define the frameworks for event management, Change data capture, Data sources integration for building Machine Learning models, Low Code API First platform(s) etc., and lead its implementation
• Review and attest the solutions implementation as per approved architecture / guidelines
• Responsible for designing and configuring reliable and scalable solution on single/multi region cluster environment
• Own the implementation and assist teams in delivering the solution to production.

Preferred skills (heading) / Compétences particulières (titre)

• Breadth in established data technologies viz. Event Data Management, Change Data Capture (CDC), Data ingestion, Data Transformation, AI/ML and emerging data technologies, modelling
• 5+ years of experience on event streaming platforms such as KAFKA, Amazon Kinesis etc. .
• 3+ years of experience in integrating CDC solution with Legacy systems / SORs and its transformation to event streaming platform
• Hands on experience in various cloud native data services preferably AWS RDS, SQS, Kinesis, AWS DMS etc.  
• Advocate and define best practices for integrating multiple data sources for building Machine Learning Models
• Define MLOps pipeline for building and deploying ML models on AWS/On-Premise
• Enforce security standards as per organization security directives on the solutions.
• Experienced or conversant in emerging tools like columnar and NoSQL databases, predictive analytics, data visualization, and unstructured data. Must understand them sufficiently to guide the organization in understanding and adopting them
• Strong communication skills with ability to work with business and Technology stakeholders
• Utilizes team collaboration to create innovative solutions efficiently
• Comfortable working with quick turnaround times and deadlines
• Strong sense of ownership of design solution
• Advocate for the user’s perspective on the Agile team and promote the importance of design
• Embraces a culture of trust and complete transparency
• Open to learning new ideas outside scope or knowledge skillset
• Ability to identify innovative business solutions and implement
