Project Manager - Imagery

What You'll Do:

• Manage a team of 5+ people who are primarily responsible for adding new imagery to the StubHub platform and a team of 3+ people responsible for quality assurance on view-from-seat images
• Enhance StubHub’s event catalog by adding imagery directly onto the frontend website and maintaining the quality of our images
• Identify gaps in View-From-Seat coverage and prioritize filling them in the most efficient way possible in order to drive coverage in an area that has a big-dollar impact on the overall business
• Use photoshop to improve images that you find to meet our quality guidelines and to make users genuinely excited about upcoming events
• Validate the imagery that is sourced by our internal catalogue teammates, as well as outsourced teams throughout the world
• Negotiate the best deals possible with photo agencies, photographers, and other sources of imagery
• Enrich the catalog through research about venue and event information to make the catalog more attractive
• Work with product teams on enhancing tools to improve speed and efficiency that drive revenue
• Look for opportunities to improve internal processes that support both buyers and sellers
• Support other functions where necessary to deliver a great ticket buying and selling experience

What You've Done:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent (STEM preferred)
• 2+ years of business operations experience
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a plus
• Knowledge of AI-based image creation services such as Midjourney and DALL E a plus
• Experience using DAM (Digital Asset Management System) a plus
• Proven ability to work under tight deadline pressure with strong organizational skills
• Must have a strong interest in photo research and a keen eye for photographs, graphics and interactive technologies
• Be a passionate fan of all things live entertainment (concerts, festivals, musicals, plays, performing arts, sports)
• Flexibility, especially in a fast-changing environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Team player who is comfortable working with various departments
• Quick learner who is able to work independently
