Job Description

Are you our new Junior Software Engineer (m/w/d)?

If so, you will work within one of our scrum teams helping to keep our customers happy and tackle the challenges of continuous delivery in a rapidly growing platform.

What will this role look like on a day-to-day basis?

• Start your day with a stand up
• Pair with your team-mates, write some tests and implement your app
• Collaborate with other teams on your project
• Review a pull request and deploy to production through your CI pipeline - pat yourself on the back
• Have a coffee
• Come across a showstopper, figure out as a team what to do, run some whiteboard design sessions
• Have some lunch
• Attend a planning session with your team
• Build some more of your app

Qualifications

Skills, know-how and experience:

• Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, SQL Server 
• Agile, Pair Programming 
• BitBucket, Git, Maven
• A variety of AWS services, Terraform, Docker, ECS 
• Kibana, Grafana, DataDog

Language Requirement: Fluent in English and German
