About the Front-End Engineer Position

Front-End Engineer Responsibilities
- Lead designs of major software components, systems, and features.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software.
- Manage individual projects priorities, deadlines and deliverables with your technical expertise.
- Work together with back-end engineers and web designers to improve usability
- Collect feedback from users and build solutions based on this data
- Assist back-end engineers with coding and troubleshooting
Front-End Engineer Qualifications
- Stairwell doesn't believe a college degree is a requirement for any role. We embrace all people, who are able to perform at the highest levels of their field, regardless of how they obtained their education.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience in Software Development with Javascript and Javascript frameworks
- Proficient in writing and debugging UI/UX code for the Chrome browser and with UI/UX testing environments (such as WebDriver)
- Curiosity in understanding the security space and how cutting edge technologies can shape it
Additional Information (Colorado only*) Minimum Salary of $128,000 - $140,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. *Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation range for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.
