Sololearn is seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Manual QA Engineer to help shape the future of our learning experience. As a QA Engineer at Sololearn, you’ll have the opportunity to work on innovative mobile projects on a global scale. You will work with a talented team that is small and nimble; one who is proud of what they have built and are eager to continue to improve it for our learners. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player who has a desire for consistent self-development and ongoing learning. You will have great ownership and attention to detail. • Impact quality within your team by helping to optimize in-team processes for improved efficiency and quality.
• Learn test automation and contribute to automated tests within the teams.
• Get involved in the requirements stage, recommending improvements to the software through collaboration with product managers.
• Create and execute tests against the application on the web and on devices.
• Analyze bugs and errors found during tests.
• Write and support QA documentation.
• Follow up on issues reported by users.

Must have:

• 18+ months experience in a QA role.
• Experience of testing processes and a passion for ensuring a high level of quality is maintained.
• Experience with Android, iOS or another mobile application testing.
• Experience working in a team which uses Agile methodology.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with test automation.
• Experience in testing APIs using tools such as Postman/SoapUI.
