• Cell design / Manufacturing process standard setting
• Process development and battery evaluation
• Development work based on APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)

• Chemical Engineering, Materials Science/Engineering, Polymer Science/Engineering, and other battery-related fields - (Preference for Master's/Ph.D. degree holders)
• Possessing fundamental knowledge of battery component materials
• Possessing expert knowledge of the entire battery manufacturing process
• Capable of battery design (including electrode design, cathode/anode configuration, electrolyte selection, specification, and process standard setting)
• Possessing expert knowledge of battery manufacturing equipment
• Experience in the battery development field
• Team Leader: Over 12 years / Senior: Over 8 years
• English proficiency (able to conduct business meetings with foreigners and write reports in English)
