The essence of the role

We are looking for a Senior Network Administrator to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure. You will be part of a talented team of IT infrastructure that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security. Qualified systems engineers will have a background in IT systems engineering and analysis.

As our new ROLE you will:

• Must be ITIL and CCNA certified, good to have CCNP and Cisco/ Sonicwall certification
• Good technical knowledge of network concepts, should have ability to provide scalable solutions
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, capability to handle technical escalation and providing solution
• Understands customer needs in order to deliver simple, innovative, cost effective and convenient solutions/services
• Stakeholders and vendor management skills
• Multi-tasking and Decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently in crisis / pressure situation
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Who are you? 

Education: B.Tech. / BCA /MCA

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands on relevant experience with the good understanding of network technology (different platforms) and services management.
