We are looking for a Senior Project Manager

You’ll make a difference by:

• Drive the execution of the Signaling project, according to contractual requirements and customer expectations
• Lead a Project Team and when applicable internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform project management and contract administration according to Siemens Project Management Manual, including proactive risk and opportunity management.
• Ensure completion of Project Performance goals to meet business objectives and customer /Platform satisfaction.
• Ensure optimal quality of project/program execution and reviews.
• Ensure that critical aspects are identified in reviews and proactively / professionally addressed and followed up.
• Make sure that key project stakeholders are aligned toward project/program goals.
• EHS: Accountable for the proper implementation of the Siemens policy and Customer requirements by all stakeholders (internal & external) including suppliers and contractors.
• Report to senior management the status of the project/program and its KPIs, during the business/sector project reviews

Desired Skills:

• You should have a minimum 10 years of experience in in the Civil/Telecom field, including development work and interactions with customers with Bachelor’s in engineering (preferably Civil/ Telecom)
• Previous experience of 8-10 years of relevant Project Management and / or Engineering Management experience in Signaling Railways.
• Good knowledge of Project management processes (background level depending on the complexity of the Project)
• Good knowledge of railway products and systems.
• Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technical or a related field
• Hands-on experience leading complex projects from start to finish
• Good communication skills: Fluent in English
• Competencies & Skills: Strong knowledge of Signaling systems, Interpersonal skills, Team spirit approach and good communication skills, Abilities to obtain collaboration and “pull together” all parties involved in the project. Anticipation, clear reporting, Leadership, entrepreneurship mindset and decision minded. Strong skills and resilience to manage uncertainty.
