Purchase-to-Pay Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead a variety of internal projects, primarily focused on optimizing Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes, with a particular emphasis on Accounts Payable.

In this dynamic, global role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of assigned projects, from kickoff to final delivery. This includes managing stakeholders, identifying and escalating risks, and overseeing diverse initiatives such as business unit carve-outs, new tool integrations, and service transitions.

What will be your tasks?

• Lead and manage projects to successful completion, on time and within budget
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including plans, timelines, budgets, and reports
• Ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards
• Facilitate effective communication and alignment with stakeholders

Does this sound like you?

• you have proven experience in project management, ideally in a multi-cultural environment
• Familiarity with P2P processes, especially Accounts Payable, is a strong advantage
• Strong English skills, both written and spoken, are essential for daily communication
• Outstanding problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment and work remotely as needed
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint)
• Knowledge of SAP is an added benefit
