AI Engineer

Position Summary: 

An AI Engineer designs, develops, and deploys artificial intelligence and machine learning models to solve complex problems and enhance business processes. They work on building intelligent systems, integrating AI into applications, and optimizing models for performance and scalability.

How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities of role)

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models for tasks like prediction, classification, and optimization.
• Design and implement data pipelines for training and testing AI models.
• Fine-tune pre-trained models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and build custom algorithms.
• Integrate AI solutions into applications using APIs and frameworks.
• Monitor and optimize model performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business teams.

What You Bring (required qualifications and skills)

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
• Certifications: AI/ML certifications (e.g., TensorFlow Developer, AWS Machine Learning).
• Experience: 3+ years in AI/ML development and deployment
• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong programming skills (Python, R, Java, or C++).
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and MLOps tools.
• Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment across the globe.
