Staff Software Engineer - Windows Engine

What will you do?

As part of our development team, you will have the chance to develop, test and debug the most complicated real world problems. In order to successfully deal with this challenge, you will continuously enrich your knowledge and experience with Windows OS internals and EPP\EDR eco-system. The engine team is a key part of our all-star Windows EPP and EDR development group. In addition to dealing with the toughest bugs we face, you will be a core part of designing and developing the capabilities that will improve the product’s stability and make the user experience smoother.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

• Proven experience as a Team or a Tech Lead in the areas of OS internals (security, storage, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and great communication skills
• Data-driven decision making and prioritizing approaches
• Proven experience with team building and advanced software methodologies
• Ability to lead a feature from planning to development and testing
• Ability to lead a global team in different time zones
• Ability to manage external interfaces with other teams
• 3+ years of experience as a manager/software developer in the area of low-level programming
• Previous experience of working on a production-grade product with wide-scale deployment
• Previous experience with security-oriented development – an advantage
• Reverse engineering or malware analysis experience - Advantage
• Windows Kernel development experience- an advantage
