About the team and your impact

Our smaller and multi-disciplinary team focuses on building a new EDR platform (active endpoint detection & response), its new features (there are many yet to be created) and for creating detections of various cybersecurity & system events and then processing & aggregating huge amounts of these events from endpoints in an efficient way. All of it for various OS and for PCs, servers, VMs, Kubernetes etc.
By this we are enabling the “visibility capability” in our product - that provides clients with the understanding of behavior on endpoints in their enterprise environment where SentinelOne solution is installed, from different points of view – cyber threats, but also infrastructure events or OS internals.

What will you do?

• As a new member of our team, you will take part in the architecture, design and implementation of the next generation of this EDR platform. This will serve millions of endpoints and trillions of events daily as part of our EDR/XDR solution. You will be the owner and gatekeeper of the core data flows within the company, bring data ingenuity and technological excellence while gaining deep business understanding.
• You will also have a chance to affect the development of our EDR agent.

Our stack: modern Java (in the foreseeable future we'll be using also more Rust and you'll have the chance to use it in production), AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, Postgres etc.

What experience or knowledge should you bring?

• Several years of hands-on experience with Java
• Experience with creating solutions processing large amount of data, microservices and performance optimization
• Ability to quickly dive into new products and understand their inner working
• Self-driven individual, who can drive the development of a new disruptive product from initial stages to production
• Interest in Rust
