About the product

We believe that hiring is broken, and the way to fix it is to bring the most important data into hiring decisions. We’ve built a suite of tools that helps companies like Coinbase, Zapier, and Udemy collect and connect data from pre- and post-hire to make hiring more accurate and efficient. Searchlight is passionate about solving a really hard technology problem: creating a structured, objective standard for understanding people holistically and giving talent teams supercharged tools to take action.

Relevant Experience:
2+ years of experience software engineering, preferably at least 2 years at a seed, Series A, or Series B company
Expert in at least one modern engineering framework, and has showed aptitude to pick up new frameworks quickly
Our stack is React, Apollo GraphQL, Postgres, Node, JavaScript / TypeScript

How we'll take care of you:
This role is based in San Francisco at our Jackson Square office. The hybrid team works from the office 3x/week.
Wednesday and Thursday are in-office days, the 3rd day being your choice.
$140,000-180,000 annual base salary with significant equity offered
This salary range includes multiple levels. Your level is based on our assessment of your interview performance and experience, which you can always ask the hiring manager about to understand in more detail.
