Your Team
You will work with a diverse team to help shape the future of our Engineering Department. You will be part of the whole feature development lifecycle, with direct access to a wealth of customer feedback.
You may use technologies such as PHP, Javascript, HTML, CSS to write maintainable, performant and high-quality code. We focus on continuous deployment and iterative delivery, to ensure that our code runs reliably on the infrastructure, allowing you to focus on delivering value to merchants in a fluid manner.
Your Mission
On a regular day as a Senior Software Engineer, you will be:
- Responsible for server-side code and APIs of web applications;
- Involved in the entire product development lifecycle;
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain new and existing features;
- Impact the stability and quality of web applications;
- Write reusable and maintainable code;
- Perform unit/integration tests to optimize performance;
- Work with the development team to ensure system consistency and create a great user experience;
- The driving force behind all back-end activities.
Your Story
- You have 5+ years of experience with PHP;
- You have experience with frameworks such as Laravel;
- You have a good understanding of the entire product development process;
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, JavaScript and CSS;
- You have technical and consumer awareness;
- You can troubleshoot problems in the team and for users;
- You are analytical and good at time management;
- You have great problem-solving skills and you work well in a team;
- You are curious about new technologies and you're excited to find ways to implement them in your work;
- You have experience or enjoy serving as a mentor and supporter for fellow developers and team-mates;
- You can oversee and drive projects forward.
