The Global Sales Intelligence team is looking for a Software Engineer to join a fast-paced, high-impact team charged with developing and scaling our fastest-growing products and delivering innovative technology and business solutions for our Operations and Sales teams.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technology enthusiast with great business acumen and analytical skills to build a portfolio of best-in-class internal solutions with the ultimate goal of allowing Sales and Operations Globally to operate more effectively, improving productivity and driving better business results. This role will include doing discovery, prototyping, assessing the solution fit and the business opportunity, building a solution and architecture vision, and providing proof in the form of presentations, demos, proof of concepts, and business cases. This role could also include mentoring and coaching more junior engineers in the team.

Responsibilities and Impact:

• Responsible for gathering requirements, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions—including writing specifications, design/layout, coding

• Build strong relationships across the business with senior stakeholders that may be leveraged to produce better products and solutions. Be a team player in a highly collaborative environment.

• Responsible for developing Apex, Javascript, LWC, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions

• Present your wireframes & prototypes to Internal groups and Senior Leadership for feedback

• Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience programming with Force.com (Apex and Visualforce/LWC) and (or) Java

• Good understanding of Object Oriented (OO) design patterns and best practices.

• Experience in Salesforce development using configurations.

• 2+ years experience with JavaScript (JS) & LWC

• 1+ years experience with Flows.

• Experience with data model design

• Knowledge of Web Services (SOAP and REST)

• Experience in developer tools such as git and sfdx.

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology

• Experience developing on the Salesforce.com platform & API’s

Desired skills:

• Certified Platform Developer I

• Experience in building end-to-end apps using Node.js/Python/Java.

• Experience with platforms like Heroku/AWS.

• Computer Science / Maths / Engineering degree

• Certified Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM-211 or ADM-301)
