Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a team of Solution Engineers, playing a crucial role in driving a high-growth business.

  • Support Team Members growth and development.

  • Develop and maintain a recruiting pipeline of potential candidates to meet future business demands

  • Work with regional sales managers to prioritise Solution Engineering efforts

  • Develop and allocate resources, participate in strategic deals.

  • Work together across Teams inside MuleSoft and Salesforce to build awareness, drive Pipeline, progress and close Deals in multi Product Scenarios

  • Collaborate closely with the Solution Engineering management team to drive internal innovation

What you will achieve:

30 days:

  • Quickly onboard and internalize MuleSoft's outcome-based sales and delivery methodology.

  • Learn about MuleSoft's strategic customers and the outcomes we deliver for them.

  • Review current regional plans and your team's role in achieving regional goals. 

60 days:

  • Continue to build a world-class regional team through recruiting, hiring, and developing a complete team of Solution Engineers.

  • Drive strategic enterprise account engagement and local market management.

  • Collaborate with regional managers to develop impactful regional development activities.

90 days:

  • Work with pre-sales management and sales partners to develop and execute a team plan to achieve business goals.

  • Contribute to the wider regional strategy and execute that strategy with your team.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Previous experience in front-line management.

  • Track record in complex enterprise presales within a software organisation.

  • Experience in building organisations and hiring top talent.

  • Ability to maintain high morale, motivate the team, and exemplify MuleSoft's core values.

  • Proven record of strategizing on large, complex sales with solution-selling or value selling skills.

  • Effective at building senior and executive relationships with key customer stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of improving organisations through innovation and process changes.

  • Strong communication skills with internal resources, including executives, product development, product marketing, and sales management.

  • Fluency in German and English
