Strategy & Operations is an instrumental function for Salesforce EMEA to drive profitable growth at scale, helping our senior leaders to drive the business as trusted advisors, setting best-in class operational processes, systems and tools from lead origination to deal closing, defining and implementing GTM models, owning cross-functional transformational projects end to end and driving change management processes to transform and scale the business in a standard way across countries, segments and clouds.

This PM Office Manager role will be executing on both owning & running pan-EMEA projects and initiatives that are top of mind for the EMEA President and EMEA COO and providing EMEA shared services to our regionally aligned business operations teams to drive simplification and standardisation. The Project Manager plays a significant role for our EMEA wide projects, including project-managing G4G work streams, and is part of a lean PMO Office team in Europe.

The successful candidate will regularly brief executives, align to key stakeholders for this region, work in a complex matrix environment, driving alignment and building cross functional relationships with sales and functional leaders (marketing, sales strategy, sales programs, enablement, business technology, etc.). 

Scope: 

• Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and scope
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Skills/Expertise Required:

• Demonstrable project management track record, having led cross-functional strategic initiatives sponsored by senior leadership (e.g. go to market, talent development, M&A integration, etc.)
• Entrepreneurial spirit and confidence to pick up and lead new projects
• Proven working experience as a project manager, consultant
• Strong networking, relationship-building and communication skills
• Strong analytical, data science and problem solving skills and quantitative approach to solving problems.
• Strong organisational ability, experienced in planning and managing a systematic approach, manage multiple projects and to prioritise and re-prioritise as scope and timelines change
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful
• Fluency in English is essential and an additional European language is a plus
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
