We are seeking a very hardworking and expert Director of Salesforce Engineering to join our Enterprise Professional Services team. This role is instrumental in driving the success of our Salesforce platform implementations for large enterprise clients, with a focus on business-facing solutions.
 

Job Overview:
As the Director of Salesforce Engineering within Salesforce, you will play a pivotal role in owning the design, development, and delivery of innovative Salesforce solutions for our enterprise clients. Your extensive experience in Salesforce platforms and deep understanding of business-facing professional services will be essential in ensuring the success of our client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and technical leadership in the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define the vision and roadmap for Salesforce engineering within the Business Technology team working with an Enterprise Professional Services business partner.

• Apply your deep knowledge of Salesforce platforms to architect and implement solutions that address complex business requirements.

• Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features and standard processes to ensure our solutions are at the forefront of innovation.

• Build and lead a successful Salesforce engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development opportunities for team members.

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

• Collaborate with project managers and multi-functional teams to define project scope, landmarks, and resource requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development and architecture, with a focus on large enterprise clients.

• Proven track record of successfully leading complex Salesforce projects, from discovery through implementation and support.

• Extensive experience in delivery and understanding of professional services delivery, with a deep understanding of enterprise business processes.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer management skills.
