Salesforce Inc. seeks AMTS Software Engineer in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Build and release high quality products, using architecture, design, implementation, and testing. Architect, design, implement, test and deliver highly scalable products. Master development process, culture and code base, then improve it. Collaborate closely with a team of engineers, product managers, user experience experts and performance engineers to build new features our customers will love, adopt and use while keeping our trusted platform stable and scalable. Develop test strategies, design automation frameworks, write unit/functional tests to drive up code coverage and automation metrics. Analyze, design and develop test cases and implement automated test suites. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco.  Telecommuting is permitted.  Occasional travel to Salesforce offices in California required. 

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or any occupation in a related field. 

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Git; (2) IntelliJ; (3) Hadoop; (4) MapReduce; (5) Apache Spark; (6) MongoDB; (7) Kubernetes; (8) SQL; (9) Python; (10) Matlab; (11) Java; (12) Docker; (13) Terraform; (14) Jenkins; and (15) AWS.

Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Special skills may be gained through academic coursework or employment experience. Telecommuting is permitted.  Occasional travel to Salesforce offices in California required.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $215,197 to $216,197.
