Industrial Engineer Manager (Total Productive Maintenance) - Albany, GA

The Industrial Engineering Manager (Total Productive Maintenance) reports to the Plant Manager, is a member of the plant Leadership Team and is responsible for leading the site change management process, developing efficient supply solutions for new initiatives, responsible for line capacity and reliability loss analysis, analyses trends in KPI performance and recommends opportunities to drive continuous improvement. In addition, they will be responsible for the site program management of a Total Productive Maintenance based methodology.

 

What are we looking for?  

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, other Engineering disciplines, or Business Management or 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong Analytical skills & financial acumen

  • Total Productive Maintenance background

  • Project management

  • Influence without authority & collaborative

 

What will be your key responsibilities?  

  • Site Change Management owner

  • Site KPI analysis and management

  • Capital project support

  • Capacity, Utilization, and Loss Analysis

  • Overall site strategy

  • Associate development of direct reports and indirect reports
