Ssr Project Manager

It's important to note that, in this instance, the role does not involve immediate hiring but rather serves as a part of a pipeline for future recruitments.

The Project Manager is responsible for a set of projects (typically between 1 and 3 projects) from different clients. Who fill this role will be the main point of contact for the client and should ensure the happiness while making sure the project is delivered in time, scope, quality and budget. Also, She/He is involved during all phases of the project, from initial ideation through completion.

What are the main responsibilities of this role?

• Work closely with our customers and delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
• Ensure the projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budget
• Play a leading role during project initiation to ensure that projects get off to a successful start
• Ensure that responsibilities and scope are clear and that all project initiation documents are finalized, shared and updated
• Assist in the management of scope and any requests for change that arise throughout the project lifecycle
• Act as a main point of contact for customers during the project and liaise with the team to ensure the most effective response
• Manage the project issues and resource conflicts for the project
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and project metrics
• Provide ongoing proactive communication to our customers on overall project status reports. 
• Play a lead role at project launch and project closure to ensure success
• Participate in regular operations and forecasting meetings as required

Which skills and experience do we envision for this role?

• At least 3 years in a project management related role where you were responsible for delivering software, ideally websites and/or Mobile Apps.
• A minimum of 2 years in a software agency with client-facing experience
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish, relationship building skills, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the drive to get things done
• The skills to work effectively with others to ensure shared objectives are achieved
• Excellent project planning, reporting, analysis, and documentation skills
• A team player focused on results and customer satisfaction
