We’re currently looking for: Senior Site Reliability Engineer, Infrastructure

Job Duties:

• Build/partner, own, and drive the roadmap of the AI initiatives within RingCentral. 

• Scale the business to serve the needs of small and mid-market customers that require faster time to value at a competitive total cost of ownership through enhancements to self-service and easy to use platform features.

• Partner with the RingCentral product teams to bring to bear shared services that unify applications and deliver a seamless user experience.

• Work with a cross functional team of designers, product managers, and engineers teams across RingCentral to bring the product vision to the market that are differentiated, cloud-native and more importantly solve/improve customer experience.

• Drive a robust software development process that is agile, predictable, and positive NPV projects.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• B.S. degree in Computer Science, or any other related technical fields
  10+ years of product management experience in a business SaaS product.

• Experience in standard Product Management methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Atlassian is highly required.

• Detail oriented yet ability to see the big picture.

• Bias for action - focus on getting things done in a highly matrixed organization.

• Work in a geographically distributed / hybrid work environment culture.

If you are hired in Belmont, California, the compensation range for this position is between $213,500 and $305,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
