About the Team:- Individual would be working as part of Financial Crime Compliance product  innovation team and collaborate with with product owners for new enhancements.

Team is FCC innovation.

About the Role:- Looking out for individuals with can do’ mindset, ‘Learn-research-apply’ attitude, minimal supervision, and high accountability(sense of ownership), curious to know about the business, its products, ability to work individually with minimal supervision as well as highly effective team player/collaborator, learn from others as well as share knowledge.

BASIC FUNCTIONS: This position performs moderate research, design, and software development assignments within a specific software functional area or product line.

QUALIFICATIONS:-
• 0- 3 years of Software Engineering experience
• Master’s degree in the field of Computer Science or related with Math and Stats as core subjects in Bachelors, Masters, STEM background in academics.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:-

  • Proficiency with data manipulation languages.

  • Ability to work with simple data models.

  • Research, learn and apply mindset, ‘go getter’ personality.

  • ML Engineer, with keen interest on Generative AI e.g; OpenAI, foundational models such as Llama2, Mistral, Anthropic.

  • Strong knowledge, past projects with classical approach to ML(regression, classification, clustering, forecasting)

  • Knowledge/exposure to MLOps/LLMOPs

  • Some experience with Cloud technologies is preferred.

  • Awareness and some demonstratable experience with good Software Engineering principles, preferably with Python Experience of deploying/scaling ML/LLM models is highly valued.

  • Experience with Databricks and/or Azure ML is highly valued.

  • Good communication skills, ability to express himself/herself in verbal and written manner.


ACCOUNTABILITIES:-

  • Write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity.

  • Complete simple bug fixes.

  • Work closely with other development team members to understand product requirements and translate them into software designs.

  • Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders.

  • Resolve technical issues as necessary.

  • Keep abreast of new technology developments.

  • All other duties as assigned.
