Role
Regrello is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer with a passion for building and optimizing user-facing B2B applications to initially help drive scaling, and enhancement of our Workflow Engine. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack solutions using React, TypeScript, Go, and SQL. Working closely with a cross-functional team, you will drive projects from conception to execution, participate in architectural discussions, and communicate directly with customers to create impactful, scalable software solutions. We are particularly interested in candidates based in our hubs of Seattle, San Francisco, Austin, and New York, but we will consider candidates who live anywhere in the US, Canada, or Mexico. Requirements
- Education: B.S. in Computer Science or a related field, with a 3.5+ GPA (M.S. is a plus).
- Experience: 2-5 years of industry experience as a software engineer on user-facing web applications (SaaS applications is a plus).
- Technical Proficiency: Brilliance in frontend or backend, but competence up and down the full stack (API development, databases, Component design, visual design principles, integration tests, etc.). Specific experience with React, Typescript, Go, or GraphQL is a plus.
- Personal Attributes: Demonstrated ability to build complex systems (e.g., personal projects or professional achievements). Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic startup environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Growth Orientation: A strong desire to learn and master new technologies. A commitment to personal and professional growth, and to mentoring others in their development as software engineers.
