Fullstack Engineer

Where will you sit

Your main task will be to build the web portal for accountants and advisors. Our MVP is already deployed so your main role will be to continue adding improvements (e.g. micro-animations and interactions), data integrations (e.g. stocks, crypto, employee stock options), partner integrations with other advisor software (e.g. Wealthbox, Holistiplan) and product enhancements (e.g. improved dashboards, robust email notification system, tax planning checklist, etc.)

Compensation package

• $120,000 USD salary, 3% cost-of-living adjustment year-over-year
• 1% equity, vesting over 4 years with 1 year cliff
• Up to 30 days off per year
• Additional benefits will be based on the employees location and needs

• 5-day work week (40-60 hours a week)

Responsibilities/Qualifications

Short version

We’re looking for folks who have previously and/or are eager to:

• work in product-driven engineering companies as an engineer
• write clean and pragmatic code (using Typescript, Python)
• be able to convert designs into pixel perfect interfaces
• can attend morning meetings (EST) to sync with the team 1-2 times a week

Engineering

We’re looking for engineers who are flexible and enjoy learning new tools. Ideally you will have some demonstrable experience with two or more of the following, and an interest in learning the others:

• Frontend web development (currently using Vite, Typescript)
• Backend development using Node and Python
• Data collection, analysis, and visualization; with a focus on privacy and security
• Embeddable API/tool playgrounds
