Associate Product Manager - Intern (all genders)

Your Role

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Native in Data: Dive deep into data leveraging SQL proficiency for insights, providing analytical support for decision-making, while also monitoring KPIs to drive informed processes. Create compelling presentations and conduct in-depth analyses to explain data fluctuations to decision-making committees.
• AI Expertise: Leverage your profound understanding of AI (Sentiment Analysis, NLP and IVRs) to shape the future of our chatbot, while driving operational excellence through AI in customer interactions, envisioning and delivering product solutions and fostering innovation within and beyond existing frameworks.
• Tech Savvy: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and implementing the latest tech and AI trends.
• Strategic Mindset: Take ownership of strategic projects, think critically and innovatively to solve challenges, deliver maximum value considering constraints, analyze processes/data for decision making, and contribute to business cases.
• Proactive Attitude: Roll up your sleeves and put in the work, demonstrate proactive adaptability, and maintain a humble, life-long learning mindset to stay up-to-date with market trends and technological shifts.
• Outstanding Communication: Build and maintain internal customer relationships, facilitating exchange and enabling growth, and advocate effectively with senior leadership.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish is a must, with knowledge of German considered a bonus.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you bring:

• AI/ML & Business Background - You can demonstrate a good technical and business expertise through a degree in/related to Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or Machine Learning application (self-taught are also welcome)
• Experience in AI-driven (school) projects.
• Proficiency in SQL and a strong aptitude for data analysis.
• Desirable Tableau proficiency.
• Python and R are a plus.
• Hunger for knowledge, curiosity and passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Spanish.
