There is a unique opportunity for you to realize yourself in the Materials, Process and Delivery department (MPD) at one of the biggest P&G plant in Eastern Europe, P&G Novomoskovsk.
 

MPD department realizes wide number of tasks related to qualification of new pack materials suppliers, together with Purchases finds new materials and new suppliers, works on daily basis supplier management providing best quality materials on the line; works in close collaboration with production and non-production departments. MPD delivers new initiatives, optimizes process in production departments.

Responsibilities:

• Providing realization of all standard procedures (SOPs) and systems related to pack materials quality control

• Providing effective work and realizing technical control on defective pack mats block during production

• Support of the system of suppliers' complaints and reclamations

• Regular leading and participating of suppliers’ audits

• Leading and participating new projects related to packing materials

• Participation in reviews with representatives of technical services of the plants

• Capability to work on equipment testing the quality of pack materials

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary starting from 85 000 RUB gross

• Relocation and housing support in case of relocation >50 km from the place of permanent residence – 16 000 RUB net

Job Qualifications

• ​Any higher education degree

• English skills (Pre-intermediate and above)

• Work experience in Tech Pack will be competitive advantage

• Strong analytical skills

• Communication skills

• PC knowledge (standard package of Microsoft office)
