Software engineers at P&G are technical masters that thrive at the edge of software & data engineering. They build solutions that bring to life P&G data products, transforming what is dreamt into reality. They collaborate closely with product managers, product owners, data managers, and other peers to bring products to life. They implement use cases across retail, media, consumer, and e-commerce, using innovative technology and pushing the boundaries of it to solve planet-scale problems.

You will:

• Build and maintain operational excellence for new and existing applications in cloud technologies and reporting tools.

• Evaluate business requirements to propose strategic development approach and design in the different technologies.

• Engineering applications throughout its entire lifecycle from development, deployment, upgrade, and replacement/termination.

• Using CICD, Agile and DevOps practices to build IT capabilities that delivers business value.

• Work with diverse and multinational teams within and outside of P&G.

Job Qualifications

You Have:

• Experience implementing solutions in a Cloud provider like: Microsoft Azure.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, C#, ASP.NET, or Java.

• Demonstrated skills in databases and data modeling or experience with Big Data technologies (Spark,

• Hive, Beam).

• Experience developing and supporting reports in tool such as Power BI, Tableau.

• Experience on daily IT operations such as Incident and Change Management

• Strong focus on agile software practices, test-driven development, reliability.

• Practical knowledge using, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience making distributed systems observable (e.g., logging, monitoring, request tracing).

• Experience with development standard processes, including query optimization, version control, code reviews, and documentation.

• Experience using DevOps and Agile methodologies and practices for project work.

• Knowledge of container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes.

• Capability in Web programming (.Net, HTML, CSS)

• A Cloud Certification.
