Position: Data Scientist / ML Engineer (m/f/x)

Location: Geneva

We are looking for a passionate Data Scientist / ML Engineer who is eager to make an impact on their career and take on a new challenge in driving forward P&G's AI Transformation and AI Factory!

You will join a renowned company improving lives of billions of consumers by applying data science. You’ll be welcomed within a large team of Data Scientists & AI Engineers with diverse backgrounds and seniorities w. Within that network, it will be your job to solve technical challenges arising from implementing and scaling state-of-the-art artificial intelligence solutions,

With us you will

• Mine terabytes of data, develop ML pipelines, setup MLOps practices, select practical solutions to deliver sustainable models and recommendations to change how P&G operates.

• Partner with peers in DataScience and AI Engieering, and business partners to fully understand the problem and lead them towards appling the right solutions for their real-world problems

• Build a deep understanding of Project Management, MLOps practices, AI technology stack including statistics and machine learning.

• Discover and invent next-generation analytic capabilities for our category analysts and business partners

• Own your new creative algorithm-driven applications from design-thinking up to user adoption

Job Qualifications

• Masters degree in a quantitative degree (Statistics, Operation Research, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Math, Economics)

• Solid code writing capabilities - Python, SQL, scalable code design are preferable

• Strong technical & analytical skills (MLOps practices, Cloud fundamentals, model selection and evaluation, etc.)

• Discipline in self-organizing your work, and konwlege in agile methodologies steering teams.

• Proven success in leadership, problem-solving and prioritizing

• Strong collaboration skills and working comfortably across teams

• Basic understanding of Business Intelligence Tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Grafana, ...
