DevOps Engineer

Personetics is an enterprise-software growth-phase Fintech start-up. We develop AI-powered solutions helping banks deliver highly intelligent and personalized banking experiences to their customers across all digital channels. We’re pioneering and establishing a whole new category of consumer banking based around data-driven personalization and customer engagement.

We're expanding our team and seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join us! In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and operating end-to-end solutions and features, from design to production. You'll manage production k8s clusters, oversee automated CI/CDs, and continuously explore and assess new technologies to enhance our product delivery. • Research and integrate new technologies to enhance Time to Market (TTM).
• Create automated processes for provisioning and bootstrapping multi-cloud and Kubernetes resources.
• Develop and maintain the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for Personetics products.
• Design and enhance monitoring capabilities for both internal and Software as a Service (SaaS) production environments.
• Collaborate closely with various teams within the organization to achieve our objectives.

• 6-10 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer

Hands-On Experience with the following:

• Linux & Git (MUST)
• Docker, Kubernetes
• Terraform Infrastructure as Code (IaaC)
• Deployment using at least one automation tool: Ansible, Chef, Puppet
• Scripting languages: Python, Bash
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes and systems: Jenkins, Maven
• Docker containers - build and deploy
• Public clouds: AWS/Azure/GCP
• Helm development
• Networking
• Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift (deployment/administration)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage priorities
